How can I purchase a watch?
Once you have selected the watches on our website, please either share the basket from the checkout page by entering your contact details and submitting, or please contact us by WhatsApp using the link on the website, directly on +971 50 380 6400 or by email at info@aizomearchive.com. Our team will be in touch within a day to arrange a time for delivery.
How are you able to price below many other retailers of watches?
We spend a lot of time and effort sourcing high quality watches from trusted collectors and dealers around the world. We prefer to deal directly rather than using wholesale intermediaries, ensuring that we buy watches of the right quality at attractive prices. We are delighted to be able to pass on these pricing advantages to our customers.
Why does Aizome Archive not accept watches on consignment?
Selling on consignment means that the dealer sells watches without ever owning them, taking a commission on each sale. If a watch doesn't sell, the watch simply goes back to the owner. The dealer never buys the inventory — rather they are acting as middlemen with no financial investment in the watches and potentially limited focus on the quality or authenticity of any individual piece. Aizome Archive buys and owns our watches outright and we ensure that the watches are high quality.
Do vintage watches come with their original box and papers?
Each Aizome Archive listing shows whether the watch comes with the original box or papers, which may comprise an original warranty or registration card or service documentation. Most commonly, vintage watches come without papers or original box — after over 30 or 40 years, these have usually been misplaced. Our stock of newer watches often do come with the original box or papers; please check the listing for more details.
What is included with each watch?
Every watch from Aizome Archive is beautifully presented in a zip-up travel case inside an Aizome Archive box and presentation bag. A fact sheet for the watch will be included together with a card confirming the 3-month mechanical warranty. The quality of our packaging means that our watches make perfect gifts for anyone.
Do your watches come with a warranty?
Every watch from Aizome Archive comes with a 3-month warranty against mechanical defects for your peace of mind, having been tested before being offered to our clients. If your watch develops a fault and is still covered by warranty, you can return it to us to be diagnosed by submitting a warranty enquiry.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We do not offer returns or exchanges as customers view all watches prior to final purchase. We do our best to describe each item clearly, and you're always welcome to message us for extra photos or details before you buy.
