These terms govern purchases made from Aizome Archive, operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing a reservation you agree to these terms.

Our watches

Every watch offered by Aizome Archive is owned by us outright. We do not deal in consignment. Each piece is individually inspected, confirmed to be in full working order, and accurately described on its listing page.

Vintage and pre-owned watches may show age-appropriate wear consistent with their history. Any significant marks, service history, or cosmetic details are noted in the individual listing. Photographs are taken to accurately represent each watch.

Reservations

Adding a watch to your basket and submitting a reservation request does not constitute a purchase or payment. It is a request to view and collect the watch at our Dubai showroom by appointment.

Once your reservation is received, a member of our team will contact you within one business day to arrange a convenient appointment time. We will hold reserved watches for a reasonable period while an appointment is confirmed.

A sale is completed only when you have inspected the watch in person and made payment at our showroom. No payment is taken through this website.

Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices are as shown on the listing at the time of your reservation request. Aizome Archive reserves the right to update prices at any time prior to a completed sale.

Collection

We operate on a Click & Collect basis from our Dubai showroom, by appointment only. We do not currently offer shipping or postal delivery.

Warranty

Every watch purchased from Aizome Archive comes with a three-month mechanical warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers mechanical defects only. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage, loss, or normal wear.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at info@aizomearchive.com with your order details and a description of the fault.

Returns and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All watches are available for inspection prior to purchase at our Dubai showroom. We encourage you to take the time you need to examine any watch before completing your purchase.

If you have questions about a specific piece before visiting, we are happy to provide additional photographs or details — please contact us via WhatsApp or email before making a reservation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
